>>>First I hear about not needing for warrents to wiretap or search (and 'secret' warrents)... then I hear we decided to start locking people up without trials when arrested and put them in Bush's little concentration camp down in Cuba - and now you can't say anything either? Am I still in the USA or what?

>Perhaps there does. It's called slander I think - that's the 'limit'. Or perhaps treason when you give away govenment secrets (or sqeal out the ID of a CIA agent...ha). -- but arresting a guy for broadcasting someone else's TV station is surely well within these accepted limits - or should be.
>Hey if you don't like it...change the freakn channel!

Did you read this part?

al-Manar, which the U.S. Treasury Department in March had designated as Specially Designated Global Terrorist entity, making it a crime to conduct business with al-Manar.

He wasn't arrested for broadcasting. He was arrested for doing business with a banned entity. I suspect doing business with Castro's Cuba would carry a similar fate.
