I get 208 hours per year, and can accrue up to 312. After that, they are lost. I've never had that problem. :-) They can be used for everything and nobody cares really. Usually if it's not sick time, it's preferred that you schedule it ahead of time and get approval, but who's to say that I don't make myself sick playing golf sometimes? <g>
