Hezbollah attacked (and kidnapped), as we all know, so Israel took Southern Lebanon back. Now Israel is leaving it as UN troops are starting to come in as per Resolution 1701.


Now I'm really confused. You say you didn't claim any victory, but state again that Israel "took Southern Lebanon back." They invaded it but they didn't take it. Fighting was still going on when the UN ceasefire went into effect. (A ceasefire Israel has violated at least once so far).
