Actually no, I wouldn't trust myself to tell anyone how to do that, as I've never done RI within the database. Wherever I worked, it was always in code outside of it - be it bizobjects or framework code.

I figure you need to select cascade (meaning if parent is deleted so are its children), but I really don't remember where. Last time I had that it was somewhere in a framework form, and I never looked under the hood to see how it looks in the DBC.
