finally we managed to find out whats happening .
this client installed some software (something like "bluechip") and looks like its also
uses this TX control. when we uninstalled this software ours started working nicely.

am just wondering how to resolve similar problems i mean 2 different softwares using same 3rd party control and associated version control issues !!?
