I did not like driving the HUMV on the paved roads, off road look out, I was great, but on the paved road, it was too wide for it's hight IMO.
>Having driven the 'REAL' hummer in the military far too many times - it is a great vehicle and one of the nicest handling 4 wheel drives I've ever driven and I've driven alot of them. I may even have considered owningone if I still lived in the Colorado mountains and could afford it. Living in the lowlands though, there is absolutely no need for me to drive a hummer and it would be nothing but a waste of money and gas.

>>Hi Mike,
>> you are wrong on this point. I know one female a company that owns and drives a Hummer.
>> Of course, it was bought so that she could make the winter trips from up north down 2 lane, lots of curves, highways to the headquarters of the company.

>>>Have you noticed that there are apparently no female Hummer drivers? Just a lot of middle aged guys with way more money than sense or taste.
