Metin;

All too often the media (in any part of the world) will create a story and focus on one or a few people to “prove a point”. The point is what the content of the story is about.

For example: Should I think that all Muslims ran into the streets and fired AK 47’s into the air, danced in the streets, and were thankful that the United States had been attacked by terrorists during the 9-11 event?

Did all French and German residents express joy at the 9-11 attack upon the United States? That is all that I saw on the media. I saw and remember the extremes that were shown. This is a great propaganda tool and meant to cause you to think that reality is what you have been shown by the media.

I do not doubt that you saw some idiot being interviewed who was more concerned about his vacation than all the death and devastation around him. There were many Americans who experienced the tsunami. Some were killed and others helped those in need. Not all Americans sat down, drank a beer and complained about the distraction of a tsunami upon his/her vacation.

>>Metin, they can "photoshop" anything these days.

>Tourists paid their holiday money before tsunami. So after tsunami they don't want to fire their money so they don't cancel their holiday plans. When they go beaches they see corpses beyond the beaches but they don't cancel their holiday anyway.
