Update: Never mind.. I figured out that the combobox's control source wasn't being reset and all is well in the world again. Phew!

I'm hoping someone can help before I put my fist through a wall.

I have a form with a grid, whose columns' control sources are based on a cursor I create at run-time when a user selects which record set to view in the grid. In a couple of the columns I have comboboxes to allow users to select reference data from lookup tables. These have worked like a charm.

Sooooo, I tried adding one new column to the grid with another combobox control. I've gone through the normal procedures of removing the default textbox control and adding the combobox in its place. I've set the column control source properly and the rest of the column/object properties are identical to the other combobox columns as far as I can tell.

However, when launching the grid, this new column is not acting the same way. Regardless of which row I click on, the last selected value of the combobox always appears, and the chosen value never remains visible on the grid. This is in complete contradiction to the other combobox columns which work as expected. The Sparse properties are set to .F., so I don't think this is the issue.

I would sincerely any additional ideas that I'm missing, as my sanity is rapidly decreasing.
