>Once, a client of mine was having problems from a vendor sending him faxes every day. he called them, but the faxes kept coming. One day he had enough, and came up with a devil of a idea. Every time they faxed him, he would respond by sending them a thousand form feeds to their fax machine. It would dump a thousand sheets of paper on their floor. After a few days of this, the vendor called him to complain, and ask him to stop. He replied that fair was fair. If they would stop faxing him then he would stop faxing them. The faxes stop. Now I don't suggest this type of behavior, but I thought at the time it was comical.

This might be considered vandalism... And I would never do something so low - what I did was create a form report always adding 1 page for the current fax by having a record added in a table, all the previous faxes each sent again but with a page added in fron detailing info about the sending times of the following page. As each fax bumped up the number of pages by 2 (sent via fax printer driver) until the whole report was printed *and* acknowledged by the receiving machine I am sure I gave them important information <g>.
