With your last comment you have proved you don't know what you are talking about, the Serbian campaign was an attempt to disable without damage, whereas taking a waterwall or the economiser out in a boiler will disable it for many months.

>>Hi Walter,
>>Yes you're probably right, it would probably only take three sorties with one FA18 to take out all the infrastructure in the whole country.
>
>I guess, you did not read dragans email about the campaign in serbia where the americans tried to get only one powerstation out.

>>>Hi Neil,
>>>
>>>>Just because they have the bomb, doesn't mean the majority of the population has living conditions the same as ours.
>>>
>>>You'll find different conditions all over the globe. But classifying the situation in pakistan as being in the stone age is a bit blunt IMO. The do have electricity (except for now as I heard they had a major power failure) telephone, television, etc. They have airports, busses, schools, universities etc, so it hardly classifies as stone age.
>>>
>>>We are easily drawing conclusions upon countries, looking with a western view.
>>>
>>>Walter,
>>>
>>>>
>>>>>>How can you bomb something back to the stone age, when it is already there, especially the northern areas.
>>>>>
>>>>>I did not know they had nucluear power in the stone age ... :)
>>>>>

>>>>>>
>>>>>>>It had always perplexed me that Pakistan wasn't on the Axis of Evil list. Now we know why.

>>>>>>>US 'threatened to bomb' Pakistan
>>>>>>>"The US threatened to bomb Pakistan 'back to the stone age' unless it joined the fight against al-Qaeda, President Pervez Musharraf has said."
