Too often illegal immigrants who commit crimes are shipped back to their country without any time spent in jail (or just released onto the street) and then they just simply cross over again and repeat the same process. If I don't pay then they will hound me for the rest of my life. There is no way to track down payments from illegals. When I was a teenager and working for a restaurant, the dishwasher made up an ssn to work at the same restaurant. That was essentially stealing someone's identity. That is what is typically done still today.

They are in favor of LEGAL immigration.
