Forget about getting back that money. Unless you've got hours to lose on this.

Put it in the bad experiences department. Never buy again from those guys. Eventually they will get the message.

Don't sweat that much on tbis. It's not worth it. But letting them know that they lost your business could be a good thing. Some of those guys only understand when people talk about money. They won't probably care if you Tell them how much time you wasted and all the frustrating things tha happened to you. Bet telling them that they'll never get money from you again (and all of those aware of your story) will probably hurt much.
