You need to specify some more about the type of application and your market.
I don't think you can compare VFP to Oracle in terms of database. Oracle wins hands down.
As Craig said, this is a DBA issue. I don't know of any Oracle installation where a DBA wasn't required. If you are selling into small/medium sized companies, I would think the cost of hiring a DBA would be prohibitive. If you're selling into a large company, there may already be a DBA on staff. And if it's a large company they might have VFP on the non-approved list also.
I think your main selling points are cost and any application benefits you might feel you have.
