I don't think so Tamar. I will grant you that reasonably it should probably be any adult over the age of 21 propositioning a minor (when referring to youth 16+). Having written that, look at the age difference in his case. Then look at his knowledge (there is no question here) of the page's age. He was well acquainted with the political system, interns, and pages. I don't see any witchhunt going on myself (well except for on this forum). It was innapropriate and if given the opportunity (if the page felt pressured to agree and pursue it) then it would have gone further. Ok, since nothing happened physically then he cannot be prosecuted but he can be censored and it would be appropriate to do so. It was way out of bounds for his position, his knowledge of the system, and his years of experience. He knew it was innapropriate as well.
