I can confirm that I too have that version of DBSVC.DLL in the same folder as you have.
Any further ideas?
I have reported this crash to the Microsoft VC++ development team. Let's see what they make of it.
Did I mention that the VS2005 ATL OLE DB Consumer Wizard works OK with the Northwind DBC, but crashes when I try it on my DBC. Although my DBC is in daily use, passes the VALIDATE DATABASE command, and works successfully as a data source for external data in Excel.
Seems like there is something about my database that is making the ATL OLE DB Consumer Wizard joke. I wonder if anyone else has seen that.
