Nope: lim=sheet metal; limar=sheet metal worker.
Three months ago I posted the following task to the AboutLanguage category on the same old BBS back home that I'm frequenting for the last 16 years: translate "izuj limara" unambiguously into English, the shortest you can.
The winner, more or less, after few weeks of back and forth, is "take the shoes off the sheet metal worker". Of course, this was a trick question, I specifically picked two words which don't exist in English :).
