I am work in the test team in CTI china now. Serveral weeks ago,I found this bug from a inner build ,after a lot of test works, i have confirmed this bug and reported it. Anyway,dev team have their work plan, so this one still in the to-do list.

Here is some details of this bug i have found:

a) This bug exists in XP, Not windows 2003 or Vista.

b) This bug will happen random When you use mouse to press the close button of browse window or issure an KEYBOARD{ALT+F4}, but not USE,Close ALL.

c) [Random] means this bug will not happened every time, in fact, in order to repro this bug, i used a 300~1000 times repetition to open browse window then KEYBOARD {ALT+F4} to close the browse window. But if it happen once, then it will happened almost every time thereafter.
