I get crash consistently on the first or second attemt to close the BROWSE window.

> b) This bug will happen random When you use mouse to press the close button of browse window or issure an KEYBOARD{ALT+F4}, but not USE,Close ALL.

> c) [Random] means this bug will not happened every time, in fact, in order to repro this bug, i used a 300~1000 times repetition to open browse window then KEYBOARD {ALT+F4} to close the browse window. But if it happen once, then it will happened almost every time thereafter.
