It's small claims court, so it's easy to do. However, it took me about 2 hours of research to find out who really owned the 800 number the recording said to call. It was hidden behind several companies.

>I wish every state had that one. I probably wouldn't take anyone to court but it seems like it would have to cut down the number of such calls, which I find wildly annoying. Telemarketers are bad enough to begin with. An inner circle of hell should be reserved for those who can't even be bothered to have a live person annoy you.
