That sounds an awful lot like the German potato balls (I can't remember what they are called)... I may have to try it. I came home and fixed beef stew from leftover potroast. That is more meat than we usually eat (except for chicken) in a week. I may go on a weeklong potato binge so I can try all of these... :o)
