Has anyone heard of the North American Union (NAU) treaty that Bush signed with the leaders of Mexico and Canada back in March 2005? This may impact the market for database development to some degree. This is an economic union similar to the European Union (EU) in which the borders with Canada and Mexico will be taken away; I can't tell you all the impact this could have economically and otherwise, but it could be huge. This is called "Regionalization". Another word is "Globalization".

Would anyone like to speculate on the impact the removal of the broders might have on our development industry?
