It's working...

I moved the MMBusinessLayerGenerator.AddIn file from it's previous location to C:\Documents and Settings\Fred Chateau\My Documents\Visual Studio 2005\Addins and the next time I opened Visual Studio, the generator was in the menu.

Must be some kind of path problem, maybe %VSAPPDATA%\Addins is not defined but %VSMYDOCUMENTS%\Addins is.
