Glad you got it working! I've seen this particular problem once before...the %VSMYDOCUMENTS%\Addins path resolves to this folder:
C:\Documents and Settings\UserName\Application Data\Microsoft\MSEnvShared\Addins
So, this SHOULD have worked for you, but sometimes it just doesn't.
