Perry, while I'm tempted to descend into the mud with you, I'll "stay the course" and stay on the high road. Words mean things, and when used in a legal sense, they will be parsed down to the consonants. From the initiative:

The definition of cloning - (2) “Clone or attempt to clone a human being” means to implant in a uterus or attempt to implant in a uterus anything other than the product of fertilization of an egg of a human female by a sperm of a human male for the purpose of initiating a pregnancy that could result in the creation of a human fetus, or the birth of a human being.

Cloning is done before implantation, so this wording sounds good, but is actually very deceptive. It leaves it wide open to do the cloning, then implant. Then there is also the problem of intent. What if your intent wasn't to create a fetus, or to cause the birth of a human being? This is just more of the same from the libs.

Stem cell research is already legal in Missour, so once again, the wacko fringe liberals are trying to pull a fast one. I don't think it's going to work.
