Hola Dmitry,
Es un modismo gallego o forma peculiar de los gallegos. En español el pronombre iría delante del verbo: "las hay" y ellos modifican eso y lo colocan detrás: "haylas....hailas". Es muy tÍpico de los gallegos y asturianos, yo creo que porque en algún momento en la historia fueron invadidos por irlandeses e ingleses. En "bable" o asturiano hay palabras que tienen origen en el inglés:
guaje = niño pequeño (creo recordar que viene de who are you?)
chigre = tasca o bar pequeño (no se exactamente de que deriva)
