I do. Sometimes they will think they followed all the steps, yet the application does not work. It would be nice to "show" them from the page that the app is lacking the access privileges. I find that people believe the technical feedback showing right on a page more so than me asking them again and again, "please check the user privileges again" <g>.

Exactly what I was thinking, trying to write and catch an error. But I thought that maybe there is already a class and method in this huge .net framework designed to deal with this issue. If nobody else replies with a technical suggestion I will have to roll up my sleeves <g>.
