I thought of that but sifting through a ton of resumes did not sound appealing me. Also it seems like people who apply for a job posting are more serious about finding a job than those who passively submit a resume. Finally, these job boards charge a lot for resume access (about 10 K for an annual subscription with monster). For a larger company with a human resources specialist this may be practical, but not for a small firm where I also have to do a ton of other things.

>>As a person who was recently searching for a new job, I would recommend putting it on all those websites. Things can easily slip through the cracks when you are searching for jobs, and if I saw a job posting on multiple sites, it gave me the impression that the company had every intention to hire somebody ASAP.
