Some things that have worked for me in the past:

1. Was the workstation rebooted BEFORE you installed your update? I have noticed that if I do not reboot BEFORE our install, who knows what updates were still pending reboot on the machine.
2. Were any XP updates done recently? There are 4 known for this error: KB893066, KB890923, KB890859, KB893096.
3. Verify the video drivers were not updated - go back to good video drivers.
4. Boot to last known good configuration.
5. Boot safe mode and remove win32.trojan (causes c000021a error)

>Hi,
> I am testing a new version roll out, we are using InstallShield express 5.0 for Foxpro, we install the exe with no problems, but when the workstation is rebooted it continually reboots showing C000021a errors.
>As far as I know it is not installing or updating anything that would cause the problem, i.e. winlogon or a different gina dll.
