> Sashimi and a cold glass of Miller. Man, that's good.

I always drink one of the big three Japanese beers when eating sushi. Kirin, Sapporo or Asahi. They are all light and crisp.

We have a place across the street from my house that specializes in japanese home cooking. Some sushi, but the rest is all very odd food. Japanese students and business men go there. A family runs it and they are very nice.

> I go to Korean sashimi restaurants. There's one in Korea-Town in LA called Pusan Restaurant, on the corner if Beverly and Western. Just a hole in the wall, but man are they good.

It is pretty common for Koreans to run Japanese restaurants. Korea food just isn't as popular, but it is good.

>When I lived in Texas, I loved Tex-Mex food. When the craving hits me, then I know it's time to visit Texas.

Those large portions are a bit much for me though.
