That's actually what I meant. We've built one house with our hands, rebuilt another, at some point we (two families) planted 2400 trees, I used to donate blood - we know the feeling.

The difference is that we think that doing good is pleasure in itself, as it is good for mankind - not because any particular religion says so, or to serve any entity other than mankind.
