>>That's actually what I meant. We've built one house with our hands, rebuilt another, at some point we (two families) planted 2400 trees, I used to donate blood - we know the feeling.

>>The difference is that we think that doing good is pleasure in itself, as it is good for mankind - not because any particular religion says so, or to serve any entity other than mankind.

>sure... this is Christianity..
There was a guy here, Doug Dodge, you may remember him. He tried to persuade me that I was a Christian without knowing it. Or at least religious without admitting it.
Sorry, not buying it. You can call it Christianity, I may call it propaganda, wouldn't change anything: you'd still believe it, I wouldn't.

>Be a Jesus disciple it doesn't have anything to do with follow a religion.. The human kind has disfigured completely with passing of the years, what is to be Christian..
And Christians are doing a great job of clearing that one up :). This story about "this is not true Christianity", "those are not true believers who do so" etc etc was the same ten, twenty or two hundred years ago.
>Imagine for today a Jesus hugging a homo guy.. Well, George Bush (knowing as christian) would to declare HIM as terrorist.. And instead of cross the punishment would be to live in Cuba..
But not in Havana - rather in the little corner of Cuba that's still under rent to the USA.
