I explained the way I currently do it, and pointed out to alternatives often deemed better. Nor did I claim that the method I used was ideal. With that, I consider that I fulfilled my duty, as to giving correct information.
The question was about sharing the EXE. I don't see any major problem with that, although there may be better alternatives.

Won't the entire EXE eventually be in the local memory buffer? Assuming all the components are embedded in the EXE.
