Therefore, would you suggest My-SQL as backend ( due to cost ) even for a small app ( say 3 users on LAN ) instead .dbf backend ? You can't change end-user behaviour of 500 customers.
I don't expect any answer since we will be supporting all the three backends for our new app. Dbf's, My-SQL & SQL-server. We still don't know how easy/difficult it is.
Any Customer having problem with .dbf backend, we will suggest to select My-sql/SQL server backend.
