"Goodbye weapon"? Any weapon that kills. Just before you use it, say "goodbye" to the "target". :)

I suppose they could eventually tune it so it causes impulses to travel along the nerves without heating the tissues. Change the power levels to go from irritating "goodbye" weapon to "goodnight" weapon - set this thing on stun!
