I'll take a look at it and will keep you informed. As far as I remember, the SHARE mode of Clipper worked based on a value of 64, but I'm not quite sure how it worked. Let me check it out.

Thanks for the info. I have a clipper manual here I'll look at as well. I got the fopen() working last night using a 2nd param of 10 but I'd still like to find a way that I know opens it shared.
