That's a stupid idea. If I were to so nuke you I'd take out at least 18 other UT members in Sunnyvale, besides you. Then also there's the problem of how an ordinary UT member is going to get hold of an ICBM and whether or they can be trusted in charge of one. I doubt if they would be deemed so if, on the application form under "Reason for possession of fire button" they wrote "Elimination of annoying UT member". So a bit of a Catch-22 there.
