can't find a forum/category that this question would fit under and I am getting desperate. :(

I am trying to use SQL Server Reporting services but am getting problems with access to the web server. Even trying to access the default web site created when IIS was installed I get "You are not authorized to view this page".

Can anyone tell me how to configure IIS on Windows Server 2003 so that anybody can access the default web site? I did have it working at one time, but now it's not and no matter what I try it doesn't seem to get it back to it where it was.
