Hi all,
I can no longer access my c drive folders. When I try to launch Windows Explorer, my desktop clears and looks like it's loading, but then blinks itself
back to my desktop! No message, nothing. Used to work unconditionally of course. I have only recently installed 2 things.
1. Panda 2007 AV software
2. Google-Earth

Does anyone know why this may be happening? Thanks much for any clues.
