I said AFAIK. There is Norton on the server and whatever firewall teh administrator has set up - I don't get involved with that. I should point out that I get the same "problem" on my home PC, where I have AVG and ZoneAlarm running, BUT, it was the same when I had Norton and no firewall. BTW, I do have a similar colour for Windows background but it's unlikely that my home PC settings are configured the same as my work's.

Will do that now. But I have done that at home, with no effect.

UPDATE: Have done that - still the same
- Whoever said that women are the weaker sex never tried to wrest the bedclothes off one in the middle of the night
