Thanks. Sorry I was busy and didn't see your message before. Yes I searched using IEEE 488 and 488.2, GPIB checked Fluke etc. Main problem was finding a saler in Turkey. The cards I found from NI and Agilent priced 499$ on their sites and here I found them for 747$. Anyway I told my current findings to management and they said "you're free to buy anyone you want w/o investigating any further if you like" (was surprised they decided at once for the first time ever!). I talked with the distributor and our purchasing department and now that subject is their problem:)
