I'm trying to minimize the physical activity. I did a lot of that back in the day, running, weight lifting, sparring, sports, etc. I figure I did enough to carry me through. Then there's the notion that the guy who wrote the book on running died of a heart attack! Couple all that to the fact that you NEVER see anyone smiling and jogging.
I've purchased a treadmill and a weight machine and I don't think they work. They have both been here in the house for almost a year and I can't tell much difference.
