I just went through this problem last week. You have to 1) Be sure you have the proper printer driver installed. You may even have to install an 'ASCII' printer. 2) You need some infomartion about the printer itself. You need to check the manual for which fonts it comes with, and in your app only use those fonts in your report writer.
