Interesting. This guy really was trying to make a point, wasn't he? Not too smart IMO. Success in the legislature depends so much on the ability to get along smoothly with your colleagues, and he starts off by practically spitting in their faces.

Why are Muslims forbidden to swear on a Koran? It seems reverential enough to me. What am I missing?
