Hi Mike, thanks for your reply. Yes the router is getting an IP address (192.168.1.1 & 192.168.1.2)
We've tried turning off the modem, router and computer in that order and turning it all on, waiting for 2 mins between intervals.
No antivirus is present in that laptop and we've even changed the windows firewall setting to off.
I've seen in a couple of forums about going to 192.168.0.1 to change set-up of the router, but the IE says page cannot be displayed.
The wireless is connected, but no webpage can be opened. What could have gone wrong?
