One of my clients has a 40 GB flash memory - with USB connection - about the size of a package of sweet chocolate or a small pocket book. I estimate the size to be about 15 x 10 x less than 1 cm.
When I checked it on my computer, it was set up for NTFS.
If you are interested, I can ask him for the model.
