We're looking into creating some classes to integrate GDI+ with our Web Connection (server) apps. Because images need to be displayed on web pages with differing background colors, we want to create transparent PNG files.

I know the PNG file format supports transparent images, however merely setting the alpha channel value on the main graphics backgrounds is not producing the desired result.
