Now, see, that's where it's confusing. You mean < -30 deg C, right? It's made harder cos we RARELY (if ever) get a temp. that low. To me that seems like arctic survival temperatures.

OTOH I hear that although it can be v cold in Russia, because the air is so dry you can wear just a t-shirt under a heavy coat and saty warm enough.
