I have NO idea - in fact you'd have to check each and everyone to figure that out. Were we discussing education by country or medical advances and awards by country? I can't remember anymore...

On a side note, while the U.S. is leading, I fully expect France to jump further towards the lead in the next 5 years or so. (France seems to be investing more in medical research than the U.S. is today and has fewer limitations placed on their research scientists than our 'christian society' does here in the U.S.)
