On November 2, 2006, I sent an email to the Canadian Minister of International Trade, the Honourable David L. Emerson, P.C., M.P. The goal of the email was to introduce the case, outlining the facts and requesting any potential help that could be provided.
Today, I received a reply which confirms they understand our case is still in progress and that he took the liberty to forward the correspondence to the Honourable Carol Skelton, Minister of National Revenue, who is responsible for the Canadian Revenue Agency, and to the Honourable Jim Flaherty, Minister of Finance, who is responsible for tax policy relating to the Excise Tax Act.
The month of January has seen several development in the issue of Level Extreme Inc. vs The Canada Revenue Agency. The release of another article in the Telegraph Journal and the two appearances on Radio Canada Atlantic TV has also contributed to sensibilized more persons into the case.
All the steps of the process are outlined at
http://www.leavecanadanow.com/Timeframe.aspx. This does not include the meetings with our legal representatives however as some of the strategies and discussions should remain confidential during the evolution of this case.
We got more signatures recently and those who haven't taken the time to support us can do it at

One should know that this support is focusing on droping the international tax imposed on Level Extreme to tax its Universal Thread subscribers, which is totally unacceptable.
