I'm not a salesman for the company or anything but we use Legrand CRM which is VFP data. There is also a SQL version. http://www.legrandsoftware.com.au/

I pass some data in and out, being that it's just VFP data. I had to poke around in the database to learn the structure and upgrades to Legrand can include data structure changes.

There's also Goldmine which is a VFP CRM app I believe. At OzFox Doug Hennig mentioned that he uses it
